enileSnake's relationship with the Chapel of Resonance began through a friend, the Chapel's ripper. Snake teamed with him to improve the Flash banner, which served as the symbol for Chapel of Resonance.
The end result was so astounding that it landed him a Flash designer position at the site. He is always willing to help, and looking forward to the next assignment. Snake is an expert with Flash, and comes through with plenty of innovative and fun animations for the site.

What drew you to Castlevania? What made you become a big fan of it?

People were talking about this "Aria of Sorrow" thing and praised it quite a bit, and I thought I'd give it a go. Being a big fan of Metroid and adventuring, I was engrossed by its customizable Tactical Soul System, the brilliant setting, and the intricate plot. After that I just lept from game to game and the franchise I'd ignored for so long suddenly started sucking me in like a vortex.

Around what year did you become a big Castlevania fan?

Summer 2005, if my memory doesn't fail me.

When and how did you discover the Chapel of Resonance, and what made you want to keep coming back to it?

I think it was in 2006, on the Castlevania Dungeon Forums. I was fond of the site's design and how it not only offered a vast library of multimedia items (the CoD and LoI cutscenes in particular), but also extensive and elaborate thoughts/reviews on them.

What made you want to do Flash for the Chapel of Resonance?

The original Flash banner. I'd show it to you now, but I lost it somewhere (perhaps for the better, no offence, Successor). But let's just say it didn't quite meet the standards of such a slender site like the Chapel of Resonance, at least I didn't think so. So I took up the task of improving it, and, with some stylistic advice from the omniscient Serio, the banner you'd eventually see on the Chapel's first incarnation sprang to life. I like having assignments in regular time intervals, it helps me augment my Flash skills, and perhaps work on a bigger project in the future.

How long have you been working with Flash, and how did you start?

Don't know. Working might even be the wrong term. Besides the small Flash applets for the Chapel, I haven't really done much with the program. Back in the day, I frequently created small .gif animations with Metroid Sprites, and ultimately decided to venture to the next level. Some sprite-based Flash animations on Newgrounds, like the Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom, also stirred the wish to create something as great in me, and so I started experimenting and experimenting. I hope to get past the experimenting stage someday!

What are your top 5 favorite Castlevania games in order?

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Castlevania Bloodlines

Super Castlevania IV

Tough one, I'll go for Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles.

Do you have any hobbies outside of video gaming?

Plenty, like listening to music, watching movies/good TV shows, biking. It's chiefly video games, though.

What other video games or video game series do you enjoy besides Castlevania?

Pretty much anything, as long as it's decent. I prefer 2D games to 3D ones, so old games like Super Metroid, Mario World, the classic Megaman games are where it's at for me. I also have to mention Cave Story at this point.
I don't mind a good first person shooter, ála Half Life ², either.
