What drew you to Castlevania? What made you become a big fan of it?

Symphony of the Night. It was mostly the mood, atmosphere and music.

Around what year did you become a big Castlevania fan?

I don't remember anymore. 2003 or 4. Before that, I played Super Castlevania 4 on emulators but it wasn't until SotN that I got into it.

When and how did you discover the Chapel of Resonance, and what made you want to keep coming back to it?

I was there when it was first being planned.

What made you want to become a ripper for Chapel of Resonance?

Dunno', don't remember anymore, but again, I was among the first people when it was created.

How long have you been a serious ripper, and how did you start?

Long. For over 8 years now, and I think I started doing it when I got into Mugen. I needed sprites.

How long have you been homebrewing, and what inspired you to do that?

Same as before, since Mugen in a way is a tool to create homebrew fighting games.

What are your top 5 favorite Castlevania games in order?

Castlevania: Dracula X/Rondo of Blood (easiest to pick up and play)

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (atmosphere, though I usually finish after killing Richter)

Super Castlevania 4 (on my DS)

Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse (on my DS)

Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (with the palette fixed and darkened the game has some great atmosphere)

Do you have any hobbies outside of video gaming?

I suppose I like to draw stuff.

What other video games or video game series do you enjoy besides Castlevania?

Touhou. Some more obscure 2-D fighters.
