Super Castlevania IV Endings

astlevania IV is a linear game with no alternate paths or arbitrary goals to achieve, other than the adventure itself. Therefore, there is only one ending, and it is a fitting one.
Dracula's ambitions foiled again by a representative of the Belmont Clan, the Prince of Darkness fades off into non-existence in the purging rays of the morning sun. Simon Belmont has lived through the night to fulfill his destiny, and now reflects upon his experiences atop a seaside cliff. Peace has returned to Transylvania.
After the ending scene we are treated to a colourful credits roll, as exciting sections and feature bosses are presented in a "best of" fashion along with the developers' names.
The battle has concluded, and Simon stands as the victor. A beam of pure sunlight streams through a window and illuminates Dracula, causing the vampire to shatter and dissolve before Simon's eyes.

Simon watches from a distance as Dracula's Castle crumbles, and dawn comes at long last.

While the credits roll, reflective scenes are shown, putting an end to the adventure, causing both resolution and a slight melancholic sense of loss, due to our escapade coming to a close.
