Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance Endings

armony of Dissonance has multiple endings. You can see how to get each one below.

Worst Ending

In order to get the worst ending, collect all six pieces of Dracula's Remains and meet Maxim in the ceremonial room in the center of Castle B.

Juste will have arrived too late by then. Maxim will have already kissed Lydie's neck, thus infecting her with vampirism, which is sure to lead to the damsel's unholy demise. As such, the man once known as Maxim Kischine was gone, replaced by the spirit of Dracula.

Maxim's gloating of his new strength that he gained at the cost of Lydie enrages Juste, and the two hunters battle to the death.

Upon defeat, Dracula's spirit reveals to Juste that by crushing him, he in turn is bringing death to his best friends.

Outside in the Transyl-vanian pasture, alone, Juste mourns the loss of his loved ones, and admits his failure as a Vampire Hunter. Ultimately, it is a very bittersweet victory.

Okay Ending

In Castle A, You must use the Crush Boots to breach the ceiling that blocks the very highest room in Castlevania. Once there, destroy the hand statue. This will open up the path to the center of Dracula's Castle in the Castle Treasury. Remain in Castle A and head to the castle center to confront Maxim.

Juste checks Lydie's dainty neck and is relieved to find that Maxim hasn't defiled her.

Maxim is worn from holding back Count Dracula's spirit and is assured that death is the only solution. He urges Juste to kill him, knowing that if he were to die, Dracula would be gone. A death duel will finally determine who is the stronger of the two.

The two spirits wrestle for dominance over the body of Maxim. Once again, Maxim pleads with Juste to administer the finishing blow so that the nightmare will finally end.

Outside in the sun, Juste laments the loss of Maxim, while Lydie consoles him with encouraging words.

Good Ending

To get the good ending, follow all of the requirements for the worst ending, but have both JB's Bracelet and MK's Bracelet equipped when you meet with Maxim.

This ending will start out exactly like the worst ending, but upon defeating Maxim, the bracelets will somehow rekindle the spirit of his original self.

The two spirits wrestle for dominance over the body of Maxim. Once again, Maxim pleads with Juste to administer the finishing blow so that the nightmare will finally end.

The evil spirit finally relinquishes hold of Maxim, and Count Dracula, the Lord of Castlevania reveals himself at last. The vampire is in a ghostly state, and will need the blood of Juste Belmont to regain his strength. And so the final battle begins. . .

After Dracula is destroyed, his castles will be gone and the three friends will all be saved. Lydie's infectious vampirism will have vanished.

Best Ending

Unbeknownst to many fans, there are two versions of the good ending. To get this even better ending, follow all of the necessities for the good ending, but be sure to have all of the collectible furniture set into its place in Juste's room before you enter the ceremonial chamber in the center of the castle.

This ending is exactly like the good ending, except near the conclusion, Juste will step closer to Lydie's side and she will snuggle up against him. No wonder Juste wants to get home and save the stories for later. I'd say that is a good reward.
