Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow Glitches and Tricks
t seems that Harmony of Dissonance is the king of glitches with the three GBA Castlevania entries, because Circle of the Moon and Aria of Sorrow do not have that many. Well, not that I know about, at least. Be sure to check out the video Serio has provided to see the glitch in action.
Chapel's Roof
If you use either the Devil, Curly, or Manticore guardian souls underneath an outcrop at the top of the Chapel's bell tower, you will wind up outside of the Chapel and on top of the roof.
Be in this spot, and while hulking up, be sure you're facing against the wall.
Once completed, you will find Soma outside of the Chapel. As cool as it would be to go running along the roof, you can't go too far. You'll be transported to odd places on the map.
One of the places you can be taken to is this small nook beneath a Chapel staircase, which is supposed to be inaccessible.
Mean Arikado
This isn't really a glitch, but a neat feature. After defeating Graham and continuing on with the game, Arikado will have a revealing discussion with Soma. Afterwards, you are given the opportunity to talk to Arikado whenever you please. Talk to him 5 times in a row and he will yell at Soma.
At first, Arikado will keep saying this.
But if you keep bugging him, he'll say this!
